- We provide replacement contact lenses for existing prescriptions. We do not provide advice on eyecare or contact lenses.
- To place an order on our site you must have a valid contact lens prescription from a registered eyecare professional.
- The information you supply must match exactly your prescription as provided by your eyecare professional.
- You must already be successfully wearing contact lenses matching your prescription. We accept no responsibility for your lack of suitability to wear contact lenses.
- You consent to our contacting your eyecare provider, if necessary, to verify your prescription information and any other required information. We reserve the right not to supply contact lenses if we feel that the selected lenses are not in accordance with the specifications provided by your eyecare provider, or may put you at some risk.
- You certify that you have not been advised by a doctor not to wear contact lenses, or to stop wearing the prescribed contact lenses.
- You further certify that you will renew your prescription in strict accordance with your eyecare provider's suggested regime.
- By completing the online order form you agree to accept shipment for the selected product, and agree to pay by the method indicated on your order form.
- By completing the online order form you agree and accept that you are the person responsible for the credit card and accept responsibility for all charges made on our site by your card.
